Your office size is 10 feet x 11.5 feet.  It is the first office you walk into when stepping inside the suite.  Your windows face the walk way and parking that you left to enter the suite.  
$785 per month includes underground garage parking and access to a small gym.  Furniture in the pictures is being removed to make room for your own set up.  There is a hardline ethernet cord behind the printer furniture in picture (which I previously used for a VOIP desk phone) and I also beam Wi-fi.  

Sharing the space.  
I am a solo practitioner in family law.  I am primarily in the office in afternoons and evenings.  (I am usually in my home office in the mornings, though not always).  When I am meeting with clients, I do this at the main building in a conference room and my address to the public is the main building with an internal reference to the suite (There are separate building numbers).  This is to avoid unannounced visitors at the suite, especially since I don't also have a paralegal onsite.  Since there is also a building receptionist at the main building, she is also able to serve as that first line of contact and accept deliveries.   

In the courtyard behind our building is a cute patio area with a water feature.  Secured bathrooms area also in that area. 

You could choose to have your mail go to the suite address or the main building.  For mail at that suite address, there is a cluster box near the suite.
